PARTICIPANT WAIVER
AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
As a participant in the SELAH Revival Women's Conference, the Event, hosted by SELAH Revival, I recognize that this is a sacred time of worship, community, and empowerment. I also understand that attending any gathering involves some level of personal responsibility.
1. Personal Responsibility
I willingly participate in this Event and understand that SELAH Revival, along with its volunteers, leaders, and partners, is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during my participation or travel to and from the Event.
2. Belongings and Property
I take full responsibility for my personal belongings and understand that SELAH Revival, its staff, volunteers, leaders, and partners are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property at any time during or following the Event.
3. Health and Safety
Should a medical situation arise, I give permission for event staff to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any related costs.
4. Release and Agreement
I release SELAH Revival, its leaders, staff, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims or legal actions connected to my participation in this Event. I agree not to pursue any form of legal action for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
5. Payments and Expectations
I understand that my registration fee covers access to the Event experience, and not any guarantee of specific personal, emotional, or spiritual outcomes. SELAH Revival makes every effort to deliver an inspiring and meaningful conference; however, I agree that the ministry is not liable for unmet expectations, program changes, speaker substitutions, or schedule adjustments.
6. Teachings and Guidance
I understand that all messages, teachings, and content shared during the Event reflect the spiritual beliefs and perspectives of SELAH Revival and its speakers. These teachings are not a substitute for professional, medical, or therapeutic advice. Participants are encouraged to seek qualified medical or professional guidance when needed.
By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement. I accept these terms with peace, understanding that this Event is hosted in love and faith for the glory of God.
There are a limited number of spaces available. We encourage all attendees to book as soon as possible. All sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, and PAYMENTS CANNOT BE PASSED ON.
